In daily life, this proves quite challenging. In work situations or in your personal life, it often happens that you fall silent and only later know what you actually wanted to say. Using your voice, listening to yourself, and speaking up; it sounds so easy and yet we all want that, don’t we?
When you gain insight into your personal feelings and emotions, you can begin to feel your own roots. From there, you can also dissolve your blockages and live more from your primal strength.
I work with the Soul Voice® method. Soul Voice is a blend of emotional bodywork, voice work, breath work, and shamanic healing and coaching. In a private session, I guide you in using your breath and voice, tailored to your personal needs and capabilities. I am also a Soul Voice® teacher, having completed an intensive 6-year training with Soul Voice International, allowing me to conduct workshops under this powerful and creative method.
Through various exercises, you learn to descend into yourself and hear your own liberating truth, enabling you to rediscover relaxation, self-confidence, and your creative flow.
